Urban Building Solutions Pty Ltd (UBS) is a growing insurance building company within the ARA Group with a large portfolio of national insurance clients within strata, commercial and residential sectors.
With our head office in Sydney's Inner West, UBS operates in Sydney and Newcastle extending south to Batemans Bay / ACT and north up to the Queensland border.
We plan to open UBS Queensland next year.
We are currently seeking a Large Loss / Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in Sydney.
In this role, you will be an integral member of the UBS team reporting to the Construction Manager.
There is an opportunity for an immediate start; however, we are prepared to wait for the right person to join us.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Supervisor.
You will bring to the role your local experience together with a diverse network of reliable sub-contractors who will deliver quality work consistent with the UBS brand.
In this new role, you will have the sole responsibility of daily management of up to 6-8 jobs (value ranging from $100k to $1.5m) with support provided by the office-based administration team. The role will require you to work closely with our clients, administration team, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients and customers.
A strong work ethic and customer service ethos is a must.
