We have grown from humble roots into one of the world's largest and most efficient grain supply chains, delivering millions of tonnes of quality Western Australian grain into the hands of customers around the world each year.Our storage and handling system currently receives and exports around 90 per cent of the Western Australian grain harvest and is regarded as one of the best in the world.
We in-load via our own in-house design screw conveyor pits, bucket elevators, ground conveyors, trippers, and stackers into multiple storage types.
We strive to continually improve our equipment from site feedback, and we have a strong pipeline of work that focuses on out-loading with multiple new rail loading facilities and expansions of our existing receival sites.Our core purpose is to sustainably create and return value to current and future West Australian grain growers.Empowering our peopleCBH is more than just a place of work, it's a community of people who are passionate and committed to our core purpose.We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing a safe and rewarding working environment for our people, with a strong culture of developing and enhancing our employees' capabilities.The RoleWe are seeking two team members to support operational requirements, join our Operations Finance team, reporting directly to the Manager – Operations Finance.In this role, you will become part of a high-performing team, utilising your accounting expertise dedicated to delivering essential monthly reporting, analysis, and valuable insights to key stakeholders.You'll partner closely with senior operational leaders, whilst ensuring that all statutory and corporate reporting requirements are met.Key Responsibilities - SpecialistBudgeting & forecastingVariance analysisDetailed cost analysisPerformance monitoringFocused expertise and supportParticipate in group projectsSystem implementation activitiesAbout YouWe are looking for candidates who are CA or CPA qualified, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong attention to detail, are self motivated and demonstrate advanced Excel and Power BI skills.Experience with SAP/Oracle is beneficial.Specialist:
