We're seeking a National Operations Executive – Geo-Environmental Engineering to lead, innovate, and optimise our operations.
This is your chance to influence WSP's strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and foster a positive culture within our Geo-Environmental Engineering team.
Your Role As a key member of our leadership team, you'll:
Champion innovation and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency across the Geo-Environmental Engineering business unit.Establish frameworks that promote profitability, streamline operations, and foster collaboration.Strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional service and follow-through.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and risk management efforts to align with strategic goals.Play a pivotal role in major projects and proposals, achieving outstanding outcomes for clients.Mentor and inspire team members, cultivating a culture of health, safety, and professional growth.Your Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Drive workflow optimisation, manage risks, and implement change initiatives to foster growth.Client Focus: Lead strategies centred on client satisfaction and high-quality delivery.People Leadership: Guide career development, champion wellbeing, and build cohesive teams.Strategic Oversight: Track key performance indicators and ensure alignment with global objectives while directing business improvements.What You'll Bring A tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or business, coupled with significant experience in continuous improvement initiatives.Proven expertise in operational leadership, with a track record of delivering innovative and compliant solutions.Strong consulting skills, a strategic vision, and the ability to navigate complex organisational environments.Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.Demonstrated success in building technical, operational, and commercial excellence within a team.With us, you can.
