Responsibilities Understand and exceed guest expectations.
Lead and manage front and back of house operations.
Provide professional problem-solving and peacemaking.

Minimum Requirements Natural-born leader with empathy and strong communication skills.
Ability to manage diverse teams and guest interactions.
Experience in hospitality management preferred.
