Marketing Lead
to drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies that enhance patient outcomes and support Takeda's business objectives.
This pivotal role involves leading a team to understand customer and patient insights, analysing trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective campaigns.
Additionally, you will ensure all marketing activities comply with Takeda's internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.What you will do:People Leadership : Build and lead a collaborative and inclusive team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Portfolio Strategy : Manage and optimise the rare disease and rare cancer portfolio to achieve financial targets.
Conduct analysis to identify trends and improve return on investment.Customer Excellence : Oversee the creative process and implement impactful marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement across various channels.Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, design customer excellence strategies, and maintain effective communication.External Customer Relationships : Engage with customers, attend industry events, and incorporate valuable feedback to enhance our offerings.What we're seeking in you:Essential: Undergraduate degree (Lifescience, Marketing, Business or related field)Highly desirable: Customer Excellence (Cx) or Digital marketing qualificationsMinimum of 10+ years experience within Pharmaceutical IndustryProven leadership experience in a similar roleAdvanced strategic toolkit i.e.
: stakeholder management, structured problem solving, storytelling, change leadership, and project management.Marketing toolkit i.e.
