We take a values-based leadership approach putting our people at the centre of everything we do, striving to deliver our mission of Excellence in Care through our CORE Values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.ABOUT THE ROLEThe primary purpose of the role is to assist the Associate Director Contracts & Procurement NSW Ambulance and procurement cross-functional teams within NSW Health and NSW Telecom Authority & eHealth / MoH during each stage of a procurement and contract management activity, ensuring effective administration of all procurement processes and compliance with all procurement policies, processes and procedures and governance frameworks under SCM0020 and SCM0053.The position holder will be responsible for undertaking research and providing compliant procurement options to deal with the limited supply of products and services within the Government prequalification Schemes including Radio / Telecom / ICT / Construction. Your responsibilities will include coordinating market engagement strategies, developing commercial risk profiles, and managing the tender process, covering evaluation methodology and contract negotiations to ensure value for money. You will also prepare and manage contract execution, facilitating a seamless handover to project teams and provide expert advice on procurement matters, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualification and or advanced communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving and project management abilities, and proficiency in procurement analysis and strategic sourcing.HOW TO APPLYPlease respond to the below two (2) pre-screening questions (max 4000 characters including spaces) and submit this with your CV and other required information.Question 1: Provide two (2) examples of procurement activities that you coordinated?
