Sales Advisor We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join us in our Southern region, based at our Wimborne Chase Development in Wimborne, Dorset.

As a Sales Advisor at Bloor Homes, you are an integral part of the team, helping make our customers' dreams of a new home a reality.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be one of the first points of contact for homebuyers and will liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and financial institutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product, local information, competitors, and relevant regulations.
Ensuring adherence to Bloor Homes Health & Safety Policy and making visitors aware of PPE requirements in construction areas.
Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up all visitors, and updating prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
Taking reservations and initiating all paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
Experience in sales within the new house building market.
Proven sales skills and effective negotiation abilities.
Able to recognize key buying signals.
Positivity and target-driven with good self-motivation.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, with one weekend off every four weeks.
A full UK driving licence.
