With such an iconic, essential business in the Australian landscape, we are confident that you too will be proud to grow your career at Elders.About the roleWe are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Representatives to join the Elders Darwin team on a permanent, full-time basis.Our Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing.
Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.

A market competitive remuneration package is available with some flexibility in the structure depending on applicant experience and proven sales history.ResponsibilitiesAs a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:List, market and sell propertiesBuild and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needsParticipate in Branch business development programsAchieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertisingEnsure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirementsWork with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunitiesMaximize promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community eventsAbout youTo succeed at Elders, you:Possess local real estate industry experience and associated influencesCan appraise properties, and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential propertiesHold a Real Estate licence (essential) and a current driver's licenceHave sound Real Estate marketing skillsPossess an understanding of Real Estate LegislationHave excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skillsHave a keen eye for detailAre a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organized with good time management skillsAre smart, resourceful, forward-thinking and embrace technologyIf you are ready to grow your career with Elders, please click on 'Apply' today.For more information call Vikki Seecamp on or visit our careers page.Please note, applications may be shortlisted as they are received.
