Senior Manager, Credit 1LoD Hindsight • Permanent • Location: Sydney How will I help?
The purpose of the Senior Manager, Credit 1LoD Hindsight role is to proactively and effectively monitor, review and report on Data Quality, Data Inputs and adherence to Business Credit Policy.
As a senior manager within the Business Lending (BL) Business Controls and Monitoring team, you will: Hindsight the quality of Business Loan applications post origination in accordance with Business Credit Policy and applicable Group Risk Policies; Provide detailed, accurate and timely feedback of review results to key stakeholders within Business & Wealth and SME/Small Business; Conduct deep dive analysis into review outcomes to provide key insight and findings for Business Unit reporting; and Promote a proactive risk culture which embodies our values and code of conduct.
Responsible for supporting the uplift in the risk culture and maturity of the business by driving embedment of risk framework and policy requirements across BL.

What do I need?
7-10 years' experience in a large and complex financial organisation with relevant Credit risk and/or management experience across business lending.
Experience within Property Investment and/or Property Development/Site financing sectors at a commercial bank level preferred.
Proven ability to deliver quality risk outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem solving with a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent planning, collaboration and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
Adaptive influencing and relationship building skills across senior executives and peers including strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong Leadership experience including motivating, inspiring and developing the team, fostering a high-performance and proactive risk culture.
