We offer a mixed caseload with excellent opportunities to collaborate with different stakeholders, flexibility to design your own schedule, a range of in-house learning on offer, alongside a supportive team that love what we doWhat's in it for you?Above Award Remuneration PackageDedicated Clinical Manager with weekly supervisionGain CPSP status just by attending the in-house PD opportunitiesExternal PD AllowanceiPad and Smartphone providedYour own individual kit including assessments and resourcesAccess to a wealth of internal clinical resources and online subscriptionsScheduling and admin support so you can focus on your clinical caseloadBase yourself from the comfort of your own home and avoid additional travel to and from the office to maximise your personal timeThe opportunity to share your knowledge in 'special interest' areas and developThe RoleIdeally, we base your territory from your home location where you will get to work with our Scheduling Specialist to minimise travel time and optimise flexibility.Community based clients - schools, day programs, supported workplaces, aged care facilities, client homes etc.Adult and paediatric caseload made up of NDIS and private clientsAssist clients with a range of communication and swallowing disordersDeliver therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and functionalRealistic and healthy target hours per weekWeekly scheduled supervision, 1:1 and group supervision sessions with your dedicated Clinical ManagerA supportive team environment filled with passionate colleagues who have monthly social events and team meetingsOur comprehensive and highly regarded Professional Development Program provides you with the opportunity to gain, practice and enhance your experience across a diverse range of clinical settings.
