Work as a Credit Assessor for a large scale bank in the heart of Melbourne's CBD
The role
You will be responsible for the preparation, assessment and submission of consumer and business loan applications, developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, completing due diligence requirements, adhering to policies and procedures and legislative requirements.
About the role:
Documentation review - Conduct full reviews to assess the finanical position of applicants
Process adherance - Adhere to audit and compliance
Customer Service - Provide great customer service to all customers and brokers
Communication - Deliver information in a professional manner
To be successful, you will have:
A minimum of 3 years experience as a credit assessor or analyst in finance, banking or mortgage markets
Strong analytical mindset
Settlements or documentation verification backgrounds can be considered
Critical thinking and the ability to make decisions on your feet
Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment
Ability to navigate computers and learn new software
Strong written and verbal communciation skills
Be adept in customer service, relationship building and team collaboration
Possess strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
Additionally, applicants who have previously held a delegated lending authority or those who have completed tertiary studies in finance, business or accounting will be considered highly favorably.
