HR & Recruitment HR - General Sydney Permanent / Full Time Available Immediately Permanent Full Time Role IR Exposure Our Client Our client is a leading technology business servicing the retail and wholesale businesses with a suite of SAAS products.
They are a market leader with  strong brand and are looking to expand into new sectors so an exciting time to join.
Description Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include, but not limited to;  - Work with the management team to address people performance issues, difficult conversations, inquiries related to contracts, leave, and employment conditions.
- Implement and continuously improve HR systems, including the assessment of Employment Hero implementation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application.
- Support talent acquisition, learning and development strategies, and the creation of job descriptions.
- Assist in potential restructures, change management, and succession planning.
- Prepare and report on key HR statistics, performance reviews, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Champion cultural integration initiatives and promote a consistent, unified company culture.
- Provide support for key managers' skill development to achieve business goals.
- Occasional travel to other office locations (NZ + SA) to build and maintain relationships and drive cultural integration initiatives.
About you - Proven experience in a senior P&C Co-ordinator or junior manager role, preferably with experience in change management, cultural integration, and talent mapping.
- Strong HR knowledge and an understanding of employment legislation across AU and NZ (ideally), HRIS, policy development, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
