We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Services Manager to join TADWA overseeing the corporate services teams and acting as 2IC to the CEO.About TADWAWe are a highly regarded non-profit on a mission to improve the lives of people with disabilities and seniors. We help people live more independently by adapting their homes and vehicles, finding and customising assistive technologies, and helping to embrace technology to connect to online communities and services. We are passionate about delivering an exceptional and caring experience for our customers.The RoleThe Executive Lead, Corporate Services is part of TADWA's Executive Leadership Team and will be overseeing all areas of corporate services including Marketing and Communications, Customer Experience, Finance, Human Resources, Work Health & Safety, and Administration.The role will be responsible for carrying out business development activities, acting in the CEO's absence, and implementing organisation strategies into daily operations.This role is a fulltime, permanent position operating from TADWA's offices located in Bassendean. An immediate start is available.What you'll do:Day to day management of the corporate services teams including marketing and communications, customer experience, human resources, WHS, finance, and administration;Act in the CEO's absence to oversee all staff and ensure operations continue effectively;Participate in strategy meetings and support the CEO in executing the strategic objectives of the organisation as part of the Executive Leadership Team;Carry out business development activities and oversee marketing and communications strategies for the organisation to drive growth;Drive operational efficiencies and streamline processes to achieve maximum quality and return on investment;Ensure a high level of customer service and service delivery is maintained;Manage department budget and ensure organisation funds are used wisely.Must-Haves:Tertiary qualifications in a business or related disciplineMinimum 5 years previous experience in a similar position;Proven experience in business development and organisation growth;Proven experience leading diversified teams;Strong leadership, influencing, and organisational skills;Excellent financial and business acumen;Current NDIS Worker Screening check, or the ability to obtainValid Australian Driver's licenceWhy you'll love working with TADWA:Competitive remuneration package of $150K PANot-for-profit salary packagingMobile phone and laptop providedFlexible work environmentEmployee recognition programFree parking on siteUniforms providedWorking for an organisation making a difference in people's livesReady to Dive In?To be considered for this position please click "APPLY" and submit your resume and covering letter outlining your suitability for the role.Further information about TADWA can be found at: www.tadwa.org.auFor further information about this position please contact Natalie at: ******
