The business prides itself on fostering an innovative and dynamic environment where team members can thrive and contribute to their ongoing success.Job DescriptionMonth-End Close: Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements.Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and analyses, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Team Management: Supervise and provide guidance to junior accountants, ensuring their professional development and effective execution of tasks.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal controls.The Successful ApplicantCPA or CA qualified with at least 2 years of experience in a SaaS business.Previous experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in financial accounting and reporting.Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What's on OfferBe part of a continuously growing global business with exciting career progression opportunities.Work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.WFH flexibility.Competitive salary package.
