Join Us as an APS4 Privacy Assistant - Work with Federal Government in Surry Hills Talent International is actively seeking a dedicated APS4 Privacy Assistant for one of our esteemed Federal Government clients.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about privacy management and administrative support who are eager to make a meaningful contribution in the public sector.
Location: Surry Hills, NSWContract Length: 6 months, with a possibility of extensionPay Rate: $43.82 per hour + SuperAbout the Role: As a valued APS4 Privacy Assistant, you'll play a crucial role within a collaborative team, working on privacy-related issues within defined guidelines.
This position requires applying established policies and procedures, providing administrative support, and occasionally conducting research and analysis.
This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals with a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities: Addressing and remediating privacy complaints and incidents swiftly and effectivelyStaying updated on legislation, policies, and procedures related to privacyParticipating in ad-hoc projectsFostering and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersSupporting new systems, tools, and process implementations within the Privacy teamSharing knowledge and enhancing team expertiseWhat We're Looking For: Strong attention to detailProficiency in recordkeeping and ICT systemsAbility to build effective networks within the agencyAdaptability in a dynamic environmentBonus Skills: Familiarity with the Privacy Act or privacy regulationsWhy Join Us?
