About the opportunity
Due to our progressive expansion, we have an opportunity for a Perth-based Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our company and assist in the success of our ongoing projects to ensure employees a smooth transition to site.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Proven experience in recruitment Recruitment of various blue and white-collar roles across multiple projects and clients (FMG, Rio Tinto and BHP) Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in its entirety Initiating mobilisation of employees across multiple client requirements.
Experience mobilising for FMG, Rio Tinto or BHP Work closely with site management teams to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees.
Ensuring all compliance is completed before mobilisation to site.
Maintain a database of candidates and employees.
About you

A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Recruitment role.
Have an understanding of recruitment and mobilisation systems and workflow processes.
Ability to adapt to rostering changes and maintain communication with site personnel.
Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of Microsoft Office suite.
Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to work in a fun and dynamic team culture.
Ability to work under pressure and build rapport with personnel.
