Product Implementation Engineer

The Role:As part of the Product Implementation team, you'll be the vital link between Quest's exceptional products and our valued clients.
This role is customer-centric and requires a strong communicator who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
You'll be instrumental in seamlessly integrating our solutions with client systems, ensuring a smooth and positive experience every step of the way.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Building strong client relationships: You'll be the face of Quest, conducting face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the implementation process.Assessing POS Vendor Development and integrating with Quest Middleware: Collaborating closely with POS vendors to ensure seamless integration and a smooth customer journey.Providing exceptional technical support: Acting as a trusted advisor, providing Level 2/3 Technical Support to resolve client challenges and escalate issues effectively.Troubleshooting and offering tailored solutions: Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and support.Spearheading projects and collaborating with stakeholders: Leading projects involving third parties, internal teams, and product development initiatives, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes.Becoming a product expert: Mastering our products and services, confidently managing implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Responsibilities:Your day-to-day will involve:
Swiftly resolving escalations and keeping clients informed: Prioritizing client satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and providing timely updates on project progress and incidents.Delivering exceptional customer service: Proactively engaging with clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout the implementation journey.Assisting with POS Vendor Integration and Accreditation Testing: Working closely with vendors to ensure seamless integration and compliance.Managing projects and stakeholder relationships: Effectively managing projects involving various stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment.Maintaining software and documentation: Playing a key role in maintaining our software through piloting, reviewing, and distributing updates, while meticulously documenting processes, product information, and training materials.We're looking for someone with:A passion for customer engagement: Genuinely enjoying interacting with clients and building strong relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Clearly explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, comfortable conducting face-to-face meetings.Experience in supporting POS applications: A solid understanding of POS systems and their integration with payment solutions.Familiarity with Fintech products: Knowledgeable about the financial technology landscape.Strong project and product management skills: Effectively managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.Exceptional technical problem-solving skills: A natural troubleshooter with a knack for identifying and resolving technical issues.A team-oriented mindset: Thriving in a collaborative environment and enjoying working with others to achieve common goals.Bonus Points for Experience In:Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network issuesKnowledge or experience in programmingDemonstrated IT proficiencyJoin us at Quest Payment Systems and be part of a dynamic team driving the evolution of payment technology.
