Our client is an ASX listed exploration company with tenements and an existing 200koz resource base, located within the prolific Leonora Archean greenstone belt, surrounded by major gold producing operations.
Having recently further consolidated their significant and fertile Greenstone holding land holding, the most recent drilling delivered exceptional, high-grade results, demonstrating the compelling growth opportunity for the company and shareholders as exploration activities unlock the inherent upside within this prospective and strategic landholding.
The driven and highly motivated board are a dynamic combination of commercial and technical experts, and on their behalf MPI seek to appoint a suitably qualified Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director to forge the company's strategy and exploration activities towards resource definition and future growth.
Reporting directly to the board, you will be supported by an established and dedicated exploration team, whilst being responsible for influencing the overall business direction towards discovery success.
You will similarly engage with all investor markets to articulate the untapped potential within the company's portfolio.
The clear directive and determinant of success in this role will be to articulate the as yet unrecognized potential of this asset base, whilst concurrently growing resources/reserves and continuing with the recent discovery success.
All whilst supported by the tailwinds of a rising gold price and acquisitive producers nearby.
This opportunity presents an excellent ground floor opportunity for an emerging CEO with a reputable background and demonstrated success in their field; or alternatively an experienced CEO/MD with the ability to drive ongoing growth and development of an ASX listed explorer.
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered including a generous equity component, geared to the success of the company's success & growth.
