As we expand our digital transformation efforts, we are looking for a Lead/Senior Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge applications and play a key role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

What You'll Do: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software applications and integrations using C#, Vue.js, and SQL;Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality, secure, and efficient software solutions;Provide technical leadership and support project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting both technical and business needs;Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack issues, optimising performance, and ensuring top-notch security;Implement and promote best practices in code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing;Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment;Stay ahead of technology trends, integrating emerging technologies into our solutions for continuous improvement. What You'll Bring: 5-7 years of professional experience in software development;Expertise in C#, React.js/Vue.js, SQL and experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure PaaS);Strong knowledge of software architecture, performance optimisation, and web security best practices;Experience with data modelling / database implementations, and performant SQL code;Proven ability to lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring quality, scalability, and security;Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders;Experience in mentoring developers and driving team-wide technical excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field;Microsoft Azure certifications are highly desirable. Why Join Us?
