Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator Role - Lower North Shore

Are you looking to join an agency headed up by a Director that is friendly & approachable AND a million dollar agent? This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator to join the most innovative market leader and premier Real Estate Agent with years of selling experience on the Lower North Shore.
With a business built on strong relationships and the most recognised talents, this is a team with a strong emphasis on up to date training and development.
We are looking for someone to work on Sydney's most exclusive & newly built properties. The Role: Managing and taking the reigns of all marketing campaigns Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials, as well as proofing material; Database management, data entry integrity, as well as contact, calendar management; Booking photography Updating brochures & sign boards Ordering and sending out invoices with marketing schedules Congratulating vendors & buyers Processing management agreements Lead campaigns Updating the CRM Completing data entry; Report preparation; Market research & comparable Upholding professional standards Maintaining a presentable office environment General office administrative duties as required; and Providing professional communication to clients and a positive end-to-end experience. The Candidate: Previous experience in real estate administration is advantageous; High level organisational skills and a strong attention to detail The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities; A focused, proactive and motivated personality; A strong work ethic and positive outlook; High level problem solving and time management skills; A tech savvy mindset and be comfortable with new technologies; Strong computer skill set; The ability to demonstrate exceptional follow up; Punctual; and Forward thinking.
