Join us in playing a special role in the future of aged care.About the role12 Month Contract - Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pmCommencing 2nd January 2025In this varied and busy role, you will deliver engaging, fun, and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day, every day.
A key part of your role will be giving personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe, and maintain strong social connections within the home.
As well as providing some aspects of direct care, you will love getting to know the personal interests of our residents and finding engaging, fun, and innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling.You'll be a team player who:Brings your energy and passion for enriching the lives of older Australians into this fun, dynamic, and varied roleWants to be part of a collaborative team in a dynamic and growing sector where you can make a valuable contribution to the lives of older Australians with your warm and welcoming approachIs highly organized and can manage multiple tasks at onceHas a passion for building genuine relationships and a desire to see residents enjoying themselvesAs one of the largest and fastest-growing aged care providers in Australia, we need exceptional people to join us on our journey of changing the way we offer aged care.
