Designed to adapt to our changing lives and last for generations, our furniture marries the power of innovation with traditional handcrafted methods.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Performance Specialist who will be responsible for the daily management, execution, and optimisation of King Living's paid digital campaigns.
This role is dedicated to driving growth and engagement through paid search and social media channels.
Working in partnership with the Paid Performance Manager, you will develop and implement data-driven strategies to ensure our campaigns are effective and aligned with King Living's brand and performance goals.The RoleExecute and manage paid search and social campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Ensure campaigns are set up accurately, optimised effectively, and aligned with performance targets.Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creatives to maximise ROI.
Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, targeting options, and creatives to identify and implement improvements.Perform ongoing keyword research for search campaigns and craft compelling, on-brand ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
Regularly review and update keywords to maintain relevance and improve Quality Scores.Utilise platform tools to create, refine, and optimize audience segments.
Leverage demographic, interest-based, and behavioural targeting to improve reach and engagement.Track and analyse key metrics, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to provide insights and recommendations to the Paid Performance Manager.Assist in managing and allocating budgets across campaigns, ensuring efficient spending to meet performance objectives.Work closely with the creative and content team to develop ad assets that align with King Living's brand voice and resonate with target audiences.Provide feedback and insights to improve ad performance based on analytics.About You3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing paid search and social campaigns.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
Capable of identifying trends, patterns, and insights from campaign data.Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in campaign setup, data analysis, and reporting.Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams to produce compelling ad content that aligns with King Living's brand.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate ideas and performance insights to the Paid Performance Manager and other stakeholders.Technical SkillsPaid Media Platforms: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and LinkedIn for campaign setup, management, and optimization.Analytics & Reporting: Proficient in Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.Keyword Research Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush (or similar) for keyword research and competitive analysis.King Living Benefits and Our Offer to YouCareer development and ongoing training.Supportive and friendly team environment with a true family feel.Generous employee, family, and friends 'product discounts.Discounted health insurance, retail brands and vouchers.Paid Parental leave.Australian owned company with a growing global footprint.EAP to support your ongoing health and wellbeing.This role is based at our Design and Support Centre at Turrella.
