As we prepare for a new and exciting year, we are eager to connect with like-minded and passionate Beauty Therapists interested in exploring a career with Aesop and learn more about the wonderful opportunities that might become available in our Facial Therapy business at our wonderful Mosman store.
This is an open 'Expression of Interest' whereby we encourage those who are curious about what Aesop can offer in the beauty therapy space to apply and have a conversation.

Required Experience Experience as a Facial Therapist in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio or day spa Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Cert. IV (Qualification must be provided) Experience and confidence in achieving retail targets. Meeting KPIs Meticulous attention to detail and appreciation of how Aesop's exact protocols serve to deliver a unique Aesop experience Ability to create and maintain relationships to encourage repeat Guests, building a solid return Guest base We raise our bar high at Aesop, and never lower it.
