As our new Administration Assistant, you will coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements out of our Palm Beach office, with occasional cover at our other local sites.
Operating in a busy environment, you will utilise your superb organisational skills and excellent customer service skills in order to provide high quality support to our support service team.
Responsibilities: Meet and greet and phone/emails.
General administration functions, such as filing and records management.
Providing admin support to our local team.
Petty cash, corporate card, reconciliations.
What you bring: Experience in a similar role and a friendly personality
Calm and well organised approach to your work.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Competency with database systems, financial & records management systems (desirable).
Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can help).
