Job Description Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
All the assigned villas must be cleaned as per housekeeping standard.Ensure that our Accor Hotel's values are being practiced/demonstrated in our daily interactions with our colleagues and external guests.Maintain professional and amicable interactions with all departments in the resort and with each individual, regardless of their job levels.Address all maintenance issues raised daily (work orders) and liaise with the Housekeeping supervisor to ensure requested jobs meet resort standards.Follow up on any pending maintenance issues from the engineering department within one day.Communicate with the Housekeeping coordinator or supervisor regarding the status of the villas at all times.Ensure that all vacant villas are kept clean and inspected throughout the day.Prioritize the cleanliness of guest villas and public areas, which is the utmost responsibility of the housekeeping team.Understand daily movements, schedule tasks, events, and special requests.Ensure all guest requests and preferences are attended to within 10 minutes without delay.Understand operational demands, urgencies, and priorities while working on villa attendant shifts.Maintain quality and standard of housekeeping service at all times without compromise.Qualifications Prior experience as a housekeeping attendant.Writing, reading, and oral proficiency in the English language.Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times.Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.Additional Information Opportunity to join the first Raffles in Bahrain.Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide.Learning programs through our Academies.Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world.Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
