What is the role? We're seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Brisbane Head Office.
In this role, you will play a vital part in elevating the Lorna Jane brand by creating captivating visual marketing collateral that engages and converts customers.
What You'll be doing As our Senior Graphic Designer you'll:
Work closely with the Marketing team to create creative and engaging designs.Present and develop new ideas and design concepts to continually increase customer engagement and connection globally and to position the Lorna Jane brand as a design leader.Create original content through graphic design and illustration as required.Read and understand received briefs to commence the design process, liaising design concepts with stakeholders.Fulfill the design brief by creating high-quality designs that meet brand guidelines.Design and execute collateral in support of creative campaigns.Review designs and crosscheck the work with the original brief to ensure requirements have been met and that no errors are present.Contribute to the creation of motion graphics and video for the business across all global platforms to increase customer engagement and connection.Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone who has:
5 to 7 years' experience in Graphic Design in the retail/fashion industry.Previous leadership skills are highly desirable.High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Understanding of current design standards and trends.Experience implementing and creating style guides.Strong photo retouching skills.High attention to detail/proofing skills.Our Commitment to you At Lorna Jane, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and included.
