We are committed to delivering outstanding services, and our team of experts is known for their technical excellence, reliability, and professionalism.We boast an exceptional team of highly skilled service technicians who are passionate about supporting each other to achieve remarkable results Our team synergy is fueled by our commitment to training and mentoring each other, with the desire to succeed and share invaluable experiences, especially when tackling those challenging situations.Role includes:Competitive negotiated hourly depending on experienceScheduled RDO Per MonthStrategies for Growth within the businessThe opportunity to work on a diverse range of equipmentOpportunities for career advancement within a growing companyPPE Equipment and UniformsAnnual Leave LoadingSuperannuation & CoinvestDuties include:Commissioning, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning & hydronic equipment (Split systems, PAC units, water sourced units, VRV's, Pumps, Fans, Control Wiring)Providing exceptional customer service, explaining complex technical issues in a clear and understandable mannerMaintaining strong communication & interpersonal skills between the team and the customerConducting thorough inspections to identify issues and perform necessary repairsAdhering to site & company OH&S proceduresTraining, nurturing & leading apprenticesCollaborating with our team to ensure timely completion of jobsKeeping accurate records of maintenance and repair activitiesMaintaining stock & materialsQuality ControlMaintaining site OH&SSkills & Experience:A minimum of 5 years trade experience (post apprenticeship)Sound knowledge of mechanical & air conditioning equipmentAbility to read and interpret electrical / controls schematicsAn understanding of onsite etiquetteScissor Lift ticketForklift ticketYour application will include the following questions:Do you have customer service experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?How many years' experience do you have as an Air Conditioning Technician?Do you hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?Do you hold a current electrical licence?Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?
