Roles in Concrete Plants are fast-paced and will require you to be a strong problem solver, process-driven with a high level of attention to detail.
As a Concrete Production Supervisor based at our Bunbury plant, we are looking for a team player who can hit the ground running.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all timesProduction of concrete using Command Batch & SAPAllocating and assigning loads to driversStock management and coordination of deliveriesManaging contractors carrying out site maintenanceYard maintenance and front-end loader operationManual handling of bagged productsAbout Holcim As a global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions, Holcim is enabling greener cities, smarter infrastructure and improving living standards around the world.

About you A team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervisedA willingness to go the extra mile, while supporting a strong team culturePassionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and is results-focusedEffective communication skills and ability to work under pressureAbility to physically perform all duties associated with the positionDriver's license and own transport is essential; front-end loader or forklift competency is an advantageWillingness to complete a police check and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screeningAdditionally, you must hold valid Australian work rights with no restrictions on hours or duration of employment.
