Jump Inn Beer Bar and Restaurant Job Description Jump Inn Craft Beer Bar and Restaurant is looking to employ a Head Chef for our onsite bar / restaurant.
This position is on a full-time basis with a generous salary for the best candidate.
To be considered for this role you should: A full-time Head Chef with minimum 2 years of experience and an unshakable passion for Asian cuisine (preferably Asian Fusion)Lead and inspire a 4-6 member creative team (depending on season)Oversee and manage daily kitchen operationsThink outside the box in creating and developing menus that customers will surely yearn forRemain calm, collected, and even-tempered under pressureExceptional knowledge of food safety & hygieneMenu costing and supplier knowledge is a leg-upResponsible with clear communication in a professional and respectful mannerExcellent physical condition and stamina.What you will get in return: Work in one of the best regional towns in AustraliaEnjoy all your holidays off (including Sundays)
