Based from our Bunbury hub, this position will work across a variety of locations in the Upper South West.
This is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday, 7:24am-3:30pm and pays $36.61 per hour (approx.
$72,500 equivalent).
Working for a not for profit you will also have access to salary packaging options which could increase your take home pay by an additional $9,700* a year.
Duties include: Supervising and working alongside supported employees in completing gardening and grounds work for commercial contracts such as; mowing, pruning, weeding, whipper snipping, planting and leaf blowing.Supporting employees in learning and developing skills that enable them to pursue their goals and aspirations.Ensuring safe work practices including the operation of equipment.Maintaining records regarding attendance, job sheets and machine maintenance.What you need: Great attitude towards working with people living with disability.A strong work ethic and self motivation.Happy to work in the great outdoors doing physical work.Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.Handy with tools, horticulture, landscaping, gardening or trade background beneficial, but not essential.A passion for providing guidance and motivation and getting the best out of people.Sound knowledge of health and safety practices.Current Western Australian licence essential - LR license highly regarded.Submitting your application is easy, all we need is your current CV and a few questions answered and then one of the team will be in touch.
