To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Peter Alexander customer.
This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays. WHAT WE CAN OFFER: Structured 3 month training plan with Buddy Manager supportDevelopment plans to support your ongoing growthCompetitive salary and the opportunity for monthly incentives50% staff discounts on Peter Alexander productDedicated Management training and career development opportunitiesRESPONSIBILITIES Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI'sDevelop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivityCreate a safe working environment for your team and customersDaily management of stock to minimize stock loss, and maximise salesImplement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changesRoster your team in line with stores trading profileSKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in developing and coaching a teamPrevious management experience, ideally in retailAbility to provide a genuine and unique customer experienceProven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targetsPrevious Visual Merchandising experience working from a briefABOUT PETER ALEXANDER The brand Peter Alexander is a living breathing person who is actively involved in the development of his exclusive, unique and luxurious products as creative director.
