As a Spotlight Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
Extensive leadership experience within big box/large format volume retailerStrong business acumen & P&L exposureAbility to empower & mentor team into future leadersHigh volume stock management skillsThe Ideal Candidate Retail Store Management experience - EssentialHigh Volume stock management, working with 8+ palettes per dayStrong ability to lead with vision and growthA passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goalsExperience in building talent & performance plansA resilient problem solver who is driven to success by innovation and time managementStrong verbal and written communication skillsFirst Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expenseAs part of the Spotlight family, we ensure that our people receive the career development needed to succeed as well as a culture that is motivating & inspiring.
