About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a Procurement Category Lead to make a real impact, driving sourcing strategies for Sugar, Other Ingredients, and Co-Manufacturing.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Procurement – Ingredients, currently based in Indonesia, you'll lead cross-functional collaboration, manage supplier partnerships, and mentor a Procurement Category Manager.
What You'll Do:
Lead category strategies that optimize procurement for Sugar, Other Ingredients, and Co-Manufacturing.
Execute negotiation strategies and build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability outcomes across the supply chain.
Develop and coach your team to foster growth and ensure high performance.
What You Bring:
A natural talent for influencing and collaborating with diverse teams, making a meaningful impact at all levels.
Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and project management, creating value that resonates across regions.
A passion for fostering high performance and growth within your team—people management experience is an advantage but not essential.
A commitment to sustainability and efficiency, with a focus on smart, cost-effective solutions Exposure to global markets is a plus, along with flexibility for varying time zones and working hours as the role operates across multiple regions, A background in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing—ideally within FMCG—that has equipped you to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
