Job Title: Senior Sales Manager/Business Development ManagerAbout the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join our team at Urbanvybes Clothing Limited.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and network with potential customers to generate leads and meet business requirements.Coordinate and lead regular meetings with customers to build strong relationships and drive sales.Develop and manage a customer retention platform to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Stay up-to-date with market trends and propose plans to management to drive business growth.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote the company's products/services to address or predict client objectives.Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing, building brand awareness and positioning.Assist the Sales Head in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and monitoring execution.Requirements:
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager, or relevant role.Experience in new business development and generating new ideas and solutions that provide increased margins for the business.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.Experience in product sales and a team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Preferred experience in the embedded and automotive field.What We Offer:
