About the role We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Collect samples (blood and non-blood) with care and attentionKeep meticulous records for every patient and samplePrepare and package specimens for transport and testingAbout you To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection, diploma of nursing, or relevant experienceHigh level of empathy, communication, and customer serviceStrong time management, interpersonal, and organisational skillsConfidence and ability to work autonomously and within a small teamFlexibility to work extra hours to cover leave at other surrounding areasWorking at Austin Health means enjoying a strong sense of purpose, engaging in meaningful work every day.
