About the RoleThe Finance Analyst - Fresh will partner with our Fresh Team to deliver timely and accurate financial insights.
This role is critical to the Fresh division, encompassing month-end close, forecasting, inventory management, and variance analysis.
You'll collaborate closely with the Business Performance Manager and other stakeholders to drive informed decisions.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and roll out IBP forecasts and models, ensuring accuracy and alignment.Manage financial reporting and variance analysis for Fresh Trading.Lead month-end activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and inventory reporting.Why Join UsOur Purpose is to Craft food that brings out 'the good'.

Advanced Excel skills, SAP familiarity, and a knack for problem-solving and process improvement are essential.
