Seating approximately 120, the venue attracts pre- and post-theatre diners as well as being a popular bar in its own right, attracting consistent patronage from the general public due to its spectacular views coupled with great food in a relaxed and friendly environment.About the roleBased at Pier 4, Dawes Point, close to the Harbour BridgeWork closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality controlRun your own section in a busy pre-theatre environmentEnsure the highest standards of presentation and qualityLunch and dinner shifts rotate Monday to Saturday24 hours per weekHourly pay M-F at $37.05, Sat at $44.46, Sun at $51.87 plus superSignificant experience in fast-paced a la carte serviceExcellent communication skillsPassionate and open to learning new skills in the kitchenPunctual and reliableHold valid working rightsAbout The Fresh CollectiveSydney-based hospitality group, The Fresh Collective, operates a portfolio of cafes, restaurants, and stores and provides catering and event services in a number of iconic venues across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane including The Museum of Contemporary Art, The Queensland Museum, and UNSW.
