Client Relationship Consultant - January Intake
Full time Permanent, full time positionBased in AdelaideCandidates with WWCC & NDIS clearance preferred (not essential)About us The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the largest Australian social reform since Medicare.
It's life-changing for people with disability, but that doesn't mean it's easy to navigate.
And that's where My Plan Manager comes in
As a financial intermediary operating in the NDIS ecosystem, we un-complicate the NDIS for participants by supporting them to manage the funding in their NDIS plans.
That means our award-winning team and tech take care of financial administration – like managing budgets, processing invoices, and providing compliant financial reporting – and our clients get on with what's important to them.
My Plan Manager is part of the MPM Group.

About the role Operating within our Relationships team, the Client Relationship Consultant is focused on providing quality client-centred service.
What you'll do Connect with clients by phone to understand their needsProcess invoices and reimbursements in line with our service standardsSupport disability service providers to present Agency-compliant invoicesWork proactively with providers, ensuring a single point of resolution for client queriesAbout you Providing outstanding client-centred service is your thing.
You use your strong communication and problem-solving skills – and empathetic approach – to make a positive difference for clients and stakeholders.
