Customer Service and Marketing: Implement marketing strategies, utilise social media platforms effectively Financial Management: Payroll, financial reporting including KPIs, budgets, and statistics analysis, business analysis and budgeting Supplier and Third-Party Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers and third-party contacts to ensure smooth operations and negotiate terms Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the parking management or related industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Experience managing large teams of 30+ Exceptional organisational and time- Handle the demands of a 24/7 on-call role.
Proficiency in financial management, including payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Experience in policy and procedure implementation, business analysis, and performance management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of marketing principles Experience in utilising social media platforms for business promotion.
Familiarity with fleet management, property management, and license agreement management is preferred.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related field will be advantageous.
