This position is responsible for the supervision of multiple Minesite Cleaners across Woodside Site Facilities, ensuring the cleaning and general upkeep of Minesite facilities are maintained on a daily / rostered basis.
The incumbent is a key person in the Programmed Team and is involved in promoting positive staff morale and a safe work environment, always ensuring adherence to quality systems and standards.
Support to the Site Management Team will be required.
About You To join our team, you will be an experienced and highly organized Cleaning Supervisor, with a "can do" attitude, a strength for providing first-class customer service and people management, whilst managing a diverse and rostered workforce.
Additionally, a commitment to the safety of yourself and others and ability to deliver quality service without compromise.
Knowledge of industrial / hard flooring maintenance and various cleaning equipment, in addition to Hygiene and Food Safety Standards (HACCP) is desirable, however not essential.
Duties Include : Build and maintain a professional relationship with all Stakeholders, including Client and ContractorsFollowing Site Cleaning Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all timesDesignated Site Offices, Facilities, Crib Rooms and Ablutions are held to a high standard of cleanlinessManaging daily schedules, achieving completion targets within allocated timeframesActioning maintenance requests / issues and responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests completed in a timely manner, where requiredMaintain appropriate storage and use of ChemicalsMaintain accurate financial, maintenance and inventory recordsEnsure adequate supplies of cleaning materials / consumables levels are availableComplete EOM stock take auditsOverseeing laundry duties, such as removal and replacement of linen / towels, sorting, folding and storageManage and support a 15+ Team, providing on the job training for New and Existing Employees and ensuring Payroll items are completed on timeAssist other departments from time to time, if requiredRequirements : VALID C Class WA LicenseAustralian Working RightsAbility to pass a comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Functional Testing and Instant Drug and Alcohol ScreeningCurrent satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months)Previous experience at a Minesite experience (desirable)The following experience / qualifications with First Aid, HRWL (LF) (desirable)Skills : Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., iClean, MS Office, online / web-based Payroll & Training requirementsAbility to prioritise, multi-task and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work autonomously, be a self-motivator and respond to requests in a timely mannerDemonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skillsHave a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and othersAbout Us Programmed Facility Management is a leading provider of asset management, facilities maintenance and project management services across a multitude of industries.
