Lead autonomous patient care in groundbreaking blood transplant and cell therapies.Provide expert care through all stages of blood transplant and cellular therapies.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.Lead patient education, emotional support, and post-treatment planning.Coordinate diagnostics and prescribe treatments within a patient-focused model.Develop culturally appropriate care strategies to serve WSLHD's diverse population.How to ApplyApply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below, providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.
Registration: Current Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse PractitionerSelection Criteria: Current registration with AHPRA and authorised to practice as a Nurse Practitioner by the NSW Nurses & Midwifery Registration Board (AHPRA) or working towards such a qualification.
If transitional, 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent clinical experience in the specialty of the Nurse Practitioner role.Demonstrated expert knowledge and application of skill required in contemporary blood transplant and cell therapies nursing practice.Expert knowledge in patient assessment and treatment.Demonstrated excellent leadership, teaching and collaborative skills with evidence of participation in research and quality activities.Excellent written and oral communication.Requisition ID: REQ534289Applications Close: 16th January 2025
