We are looking for the right candidate to take on the role of Project Support Officer.
This is a full time role, based at our head office on the beautiful Hastings River in Port Macquarie, NSW.The Project Support Officer will report to the Project Support Office Manager and is responsible for all aspects of project coordination and administration.
These responsibilities include:Maintaining all project performance registers including Drawing registers, Action registers, Engineering registers, Procurement registers etc.Weekly and monthly report writingAssisting with schedule and financial reportsAll administrative tasks associated with multiple programs including development of PowerPoint presentationsEngagement with internal and external stakeholders in establishing clear lines of communication and meetingsAssisting with payroll and procurement administration tasksDevelopment of all external and internal correspondence including commercial letters and formal reportsCollating all certifications and documentation for the vessels including AMSA, Class and certifying bodiesKey AccountabilitiesDevelopment and maintenance of all project performance registers including Drawing registers, Action registers, Engineering registers, Procurement registers etc.Report data gathering and authoring for multiple project reports, as requiredUnder direction from Project Managers, create PowerPoint presentations and other meeting materialsUnder direction from Project Managers, coordinate key internal and external stakeholders to enable clear lines of communicationDevelopment of all external and internal correspondence including commercial letters and formal reportsCollating all certifications and documentation for the vessels including AMSA, Class and certifying bodies.Managing project purchase requisitions and updating budgets in line with approved and actual costsQualifications, Skills & Experience EssentialProficiency in MS OfficeClear and concise writing skills, for report writing, minute taking and presentation creationProject Management administration experienceData collection and analysis experienceDesirableExpert in MS Suite and TeamsHighly proficient in writing reports and presentations and developing presentations5 years of Project Management administration experienceDefence and/or Shipbuilding Project Management experienceProficient in data collection, analysis and managementWe deliver value for our customers through our innovative people, organisational agility, and operational excellence.
