Asset Management Analyst - Civil / Building / Open SpaceAbout The RoleThe primary role of the Asset Management Analyst is to conduct asset data validation and analytics, as well as assist in the development of asset management policies, procedures, plans, and strategies.
Reporting to the Asset Lead, this position collaborates with team members both within and outside the unit to support various asset management practices.
Key Accountabilities Of The Position Perform asset data cleansing, categorisation and validation.Conduct data analysis of asset management data.Document and streamline processes related to asset management practices.Provide support for development of Asset Management Policy, Plans, and Strategy.Undertake other duties, projects or tasks as directed and in line with relevant skills and competence.Key Challenges Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the corporate reports are aligned and fit for purpose.Managing time effectively and ensure that high quality reports are delivered on time.Role Dimensions This role is expected to prioritise their day to day work.This role is expected to work both autonomously and collaboratively.Desirable Criteria Knowledge or Experience in Local or State Government or similar environments.Experience with Power BI or other visualisation tools.If you meet the above criteria and are looking for your next contract opportunity please apply via the appropriate link with a CV attached.
