Employment Consultant (EC) - What's the job all about?
Engage & Inspire : Build relationships with a caseload of participants, tailoring service delivery and requirements to their capabilities and needs.
Empower Dreams : Assist participants to break down their barriers and support them towards meaningful employment.
Connect & Register : Match clients with suitable activities, support services, training and employment opportunities.
Coach & Motivate : Educate and guide participants on their requirements and provide the tools they need to succeed.
Sustain Success : Provide genuine post placement support to achieve ongoing sustained employment.
Industry experience is not necessary as all training is provided; however, applicants should possess excellent time management skills, intermediate IT skills, and the ability to engage and empathise with a diverse range of people.
