A day in the life
Ensures the relevant standards related to People and Food Safety are adhered to by all team members.
Responsible for achieving shift targets through engagement and coordination of team members.
Problem solver, capable of identifying issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
Able to report on performance and to identify and deliver improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Look for cost-efficient ways to optimise productivity results - including reductions, efficiencies and implementing strategies to minimise waste.
Ensure their team are suitably trained to undertake assigned tasks and works closely with the Production Supervisor to identify and develop skill set of team members.
