This position is responsible for the image of the organisation in the marketplace, the consistent delivery of sales and delivery of services, ensuring sustainable customer growth.
This position will see you take on key responsibilities, such as the following:
Develop and manage the operational team, identifying training needs through performance review sessions;Exhibits dynamism, excitement and a positive can-do attitude;Experienced in the consistent delivery of sales and service and ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at a superior level;Manage account delivery to ensure that commercial compliance and all key performance indicators and service level agreement measures are met and are in line with client expectations;Continually seek to identify client workforce problems and actively create solutions that elevate the Protech brand in the eyes of our clients;Work with the sales team to target organisations that operate in Protech's target markets to convert to new trading clients;Implement new contract business and clients in accordance with the proposal and commercial arrangements, strategic plans and budgets.We set our team up for success with clear targets outlining exactly what is expected of you, so that you can grow with the organisation and learn new skills, all while having fun and enjoying a positive workplace culture, where we work together to achieve the one outcome.
Desired skills and experience to be successful in our Business Manager role are however, not limited to: 2-3 years of people and business management experience in the labour hire/recruitment industry;Experience in the labour hire/recruitment industry;Knowledge and understanding of the Recruitment and/or Labour Hire industry;Ability to interpret and monitor business financials;Leadership and team management skills.What happens next?
