Australian-owned and stridently independent, it's been built on grit, determination and the desire to do better. We are more than just a purveyor of high-quality beer, ginger beer, and cider. Our unique taphouse in Metricup, WA, has become a go-to spot for both locals and travellers, serving 'paddock to plate' food experiences, and of course, great beer and good times. Plus, our new, cutting-edge production facility in Perth will be a game changer for the brand, as more fans discover our beers, ciders and more In essence, we are a farm, a brewery, a hospitality venue. We are driven to learn and progress as a team, continue doing things a little left of centre and make sure to have fun along the way. 'Cultivating Good Times' is what we're all about and we're on the hunt for team members who want to come along for the rideAbout The RoleAs the Production Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance, and technical support to all Beerfarm production teams. This role requires close collaboration across multiple sites and with various departments, including production, packaging and quality assurance. You will drive efficiency improvements, business cost reductions, site compliance and risk minimisation and:Support the Beerfarm production teams with efficiency improvement initiatives and requests, equipment performance optimisation and technical support where required;Design, maintain, and troubleshoot brewing equipment and systems;Oversee the installation, calibration, and routine maintenance of brewing machinery;Ensure the delivery of services to all Beerfarm sites are at the highest standard through the effective management of external contractors;Develop and manage service and maintenance plans across the Perth and Metricup facilities.This is a Part Time role, working 4 days per week (or 80% full time equivalent). Ideally 7am - 3pm Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday (hours and days can be negotiable to your life preferences). Travel may be required to different breweries and production facilities.About YouTo be the perfect addition to our team, you will have training and experience in Mechanical Engineering, Production Brewing, Packaging Operations, Safety, Compliance or Site Management.
