You will be supported across all areas of your journey to develop and strengthen your clinical expertise across the NDIS and community.
An established structured new grad program ensures a smooth transition into your career with a high level of supervision, manageable caseload and dedicated mentors.

Our Support structure includes Subject Matter Experts, Discipline Area Managers and Heads of Clinical Development all there to help you grow, develop your skill sets and thrive as a new graduate speech pathologist.

Additionally, you'll receive one-on-one mentoring with the Head of Clinical Development to support your future career aspirations.

Our incredible client intake team, client retention administrative teams and accounts teams manage all our bookings, calls, and invoices, update policies and process in line with changes to the NDIS and ensure our clinicians are free to do what they do best.

You'll have the ability to tailor your caseload to your area of interest and expertise.

Our services are provided within our 13 state of the art, fully equipped facilities across NSW and TAS and within the community.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within an incredible team of Allied Health Professionals including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians and Podiatrists, behavioural Support practitioners and early childhood intervention.

Blacktown, Campbelltown, Sylvania, Croydon Park, Liverpool, Hornsby, Nth Rocks, Goulburn, Nowra, Batemans Bay, Hobart, Cessnock About the Role With a strong NDIS and disability focus, this will be a challenging and rewarding role for the right person, with lots of scope for development and diverse application of your professional skills and experience.
This role provides a vast variety of client conditions and client streams and can include adult or paediatric clients depending on your preference.
We will work with you to tailor a caseload that best suits your clinical and career development and areas of interest.
About the Duties Assessment and diagnosis of communication disordersReport writing and completion of NDIS required documentationDesign, trial and implementation of low and high tech communication devicesLiasing with support coordinators, local area coordinators, family members and equipment providersDevelop, implement, monitor and review treatment plansAssessment and management of swallowing difficultiesCoordinating with other allied health professionals and GP'sProvide education to clients, families, the community and other practitioners/ staffWhat's On Offer Boasting some of the best facilities in the industry, with motor development rooms, sensory rooms, full rehabilitation gyms, hydrotherapy pools, rock climbing walls, sensory swings and purpose-built paediatric spaces for those interested in Paediatric caseload, Optimum Health Solutions has everything you need to be successful in your role as a Speech Pathologist.
Our industry leading internal Clinical Development and Mentorship Program ensures all our Speech Pathologist are fully supported through weekly, fortnightly and quarterly professional development, training & mentorship sessions, meaning you have the opportunity to develop your clinical skill set and tailor your training and caseload to meet your areas of interest.
You will receive:
