If so, this role may be for youWe are looking for a full-time Construction Site Supervisor (residential construction).Duties include:Construction of dwellings as per approved plans and current government requirements.Keep worksites clean and safe according to OH&S requirements (e.g., ensure sites remain clean at all times, maintain site fencing and signage).Liaise with staff, clients, other sub-contractors, and suppliers.Manage and control construction sites.Obtain quotations and arrange supplies.Operate tools, machinery, and vehicles as necessary in the construction of projects.Organise and oversee sub-contractors and ensure quality of their work.Protect all materials and supplies delivered to site to prevent theft and misuse.Protect all new work from damage.Secure all sites, materials, and equipment daily.Undertake construction work for the construction of homes. This includes general carpentry work such as framing/trusses, fix out, fixing, and cladding.Use of construction management software to track jobs and upload and record data.Note: Mayfair Homes are constructing homes in south east Queensland, and this role requires travel to supervise these builds, estimated to be one week per month.
