Due to our continued growth, Yutong Bus Centre WA will be moving to a new stand-alone dealership in 2025, and we are looking for a talented, committed Senior Parts Interpreter to join our team.
This hands-on role will involve working closely with the Service and Sales departments, overseeing day-to-day operations in WA, and collaborating with clients in remote areas to meet realistic KPIs.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Parts Interpreter, preferably with a background in the Heavy Commercial Vehicle industry, who has a proactive attitude, experience managing a small team, and the ability to work with international team members.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the role, help grow the business and drive the team to the next level of excellence.
The role will report to the Operations Manager and is based in our WA branch in Belmont.
Key Accountabilities Parts interpreting Inventory Control, Stock Ordering, Order Forecasting Overseeing stock control and managing annual stock take Maintain and build relationships with the dealer network Maintain and build relationships with service manager and factory personnel Customer liaison and relationship building Liaising with internal departments Implement strategic growth & improve support to the dealer network General warehouse duties including, unloading containers, picking & packing parts, including glass Skills and Experience Automotive trade qualified preferably Diesel Fitter / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.
Heavy Vehicle Workshop Management experience necessary HVRAS (Heavy Vehicle Registration Assessment Scheme) Qualified desirable.
